Experience №01 · Alpha House

Where brands
break into
a generation.

A multi-day, multi-brand activation in venues right next to North America's biggest universities. Brands targeting Gen-Z get an immersive room. Students get the experience. College creators capture it. Campus media covers it. Five years of trying-to-reach-students replaced by three days of being-in-the-room-with-them.

02 · The format

Three days,
twelve brands.

Alpha House is the room brands trying to land with 18-25 year-olds keep wishing existed. Each edition takes over a venue within walking distance of a major college campus. Twelve brands set up product experiences — drinks, snacks, beauty, tech, fashion, lifestyle — designed for the way students actually browse, post, and tell their friends. Students arrive via lottery RSVP, partner orgs, and campus social. College creators come for content. National media follows because Gen-Z attention is what they're trying to chart.

01 / VENUE

A house, not a hall.

Each edition takes over a venue within walking distance of campus. Curated for atmosphere — not capacity. Walkable from the dorm at midnight.

02 / BRANDS

Twelve, never thirteen.

Drinks, snacks, beauty, tech, fashion, lifestyle. One brand per category, each with their own room. Curated to fit how Gen-Z actually browses.

03 / GUESTS

Students first, creators second.

RSVPs through campus partners, lottery, and student orgs. Capped to 600 over three days. College content creators round out evenings.

04 / PRESS

Earned, not embedded.

National and campus media cover the format. No paid placements. Each editor leaves with stories they couldn't get from a press release.

What the press has said.

Alpha House has been covered as a format, not just a vehicle. Below is a slice of what national and campus editors have written across our first six editions.

BlogTO
Alpha House does what most campus activations forget — treats students like editors instead of demographics.
